Magic Toadstool sock knitting pattern

Magic Toadstool sock knitting pattern

(Knitting Pattern only) The Magic Toadstool socks knitting pattern is a must knit for anyone who wants to dance with the fairies or who love the forest. This sock pattern is written for using the magic loop method (but can be knit with DPNs). The socks are worked from the cuff down, with a classic slip-stitched heel with an easy to knit, short colourwork section written in chart form. The toadstool section involves knitting with three colours. If you prefer, you can knit only 2 colours and sew the white toadstool spots on according to the placement in the chart at the end. Needle size is chosen according to the size required and gauge. Colourwork gauge Small – 38sts x 42 rounds 10cm on needles 2.25mm (US 1) . Medium – 34sts x 40 rounds 10cm on needles 2.5mm (US 1.5) Large – 32sts x 38 rounds 10cm on needles 2.75mm (US 2) Sizing: Please note, the sizes depend on the circumference of the widest part of your foot. Length of sock is easily adjustable as shown in the foot section of the instructions. Small: Foot circumference 18 – 20.5cm / 7 – 8\
