The rocket is made by crocheting around a plastic egg. The egg I used is 2.75 in tall and the diameter is 1.5 in. I used Lizbeth metallic thread and 1.25 mm Clover Amour hook. ************************************************************************************ This pattern was tested by 10 different testers. They used different sizes eggs and as well as different types of thread/yarn as well as different size hooks. I have also included a file with pictures from the testers and a list of materials they have used. ************************************************************************************ You may use a different size egg and different hooks and thread.
