PDF Sewing PATTERN for a Zebra/Horse \u0026 Fish hand puppet. In the late 1980’s I worked as a graphic designer for a craft company. This company produced large amounts of tole painting books and I thought it would be great if they would branch out into other areas. With enthusiasm I made these puppets (with 14 others) and presented my designs to the executives. They loved them, but thought they were for a different market. So the patterns sat in storage collecting dust for 20+ years and my children have long since worn out or lost my prototypes. Luckily I took pictures and I hope you enjoy bringing them back to life. These easily animated hand puppet toys are around 12 inches tall and 5 inches wide. The main notions are: felt, knit fabric, piping, yarn, and animal eyes or buttons. These can be substituted to create a different look. This pattern will be sent to your email as a PDF file and you can print it out yourself on 8 1/2 x 11 paper. Your order will be delivered to you via email within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive the files in your email address (linked to your Etsy account). There are step-by-step instructions and alternative ideas for notions. Some basic beginner sewing skills are required.
