Place one end of the tape measure on the widest part of your chest, wrap it around (below the armpits, around the shoulder blades, and back to the front) to get the measurement. WAIST- Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the ribbon to surround your waist (as if it were a belt) at your natural waist, which is above your belly button and below the rib cage. CADERAS – Measure the circumference of your hips. Start on one hip and wrap the tape measure around your ass, around the other hip and back to the starting point. Make sure the tape is on top of the bigger part of your buttocks. As making sure the tape is level back there can be difficult, try to do it in front of a mirror.
