This exquisite rose Limoges china hand painted floral plate is from Avenir, France. This is a signed antique Limoges plate. The border has a gold gilt band and has scalloped edges. Beautiful roses vine pattern in deep rich colors. This is an early 1900s hand-painted porcelain plate decorated at Avenir of Limoges, France painted by studio porcelain artist Evy. Excellent condition. No chips, cracks, breaks or crazing. Measures 8 1/2 inches in diameter. The gold mark is covering the actual maker of the plate, often covered by the importer.
