These are our popular queen loft bed plans. This is the same robust foundation that is used for our queen sized Bed Fort. The solid platform is ideal for a queen, full ,twin or twin-xl mattress. Utilizing a smaller mattress than queen sized will allow for additional room for a clock, books, toys, lamps, etc. Great for college dorms or cramped living spaces. Designed to support adults. Dimensions: Overall: 87-1/2″W x 67-1/2″D x 78-3/4″H Inside The Loft: 81″W x 61″D x 18″H Material Cost: Around $345 from Lowe’s or Home Depot (you could lower this around $100 if you substitute plywood for the 1×10 loft flooring)
