So you will need to have knowledge in fabrication, assembly and be mechanically inclined to assemble it once you have cut it . You will receive the ready cut files for the top and bottom blade holder and blade. This wind turbine was drawn and assembled to the dimensions with in the notes upon purchase. if other material type and thickness is used, it will not assemble correctly. you will need to accommodate for other materials and thicknesses. While there are many different designs and ideas over the world wide web, all offering useable information.. This one is an efficient and simple design to help you get started without the headaches of trying to slice pvc pipe, soak and bend and dry wood, glue or weld etc.. Simply cut or have parts cut for you, bend and bolt together. There are many sources for the rest of the wind turbine generator by just Google.. my wind turbine offers an open platform for mounting bearing hubs and pulleys. the files offer a generic hole pattern if you want to use or choose not to cut the holes.. I am currently working on a system package or source for the generator. but nothing to offer at this time. McMaster-carr has a wide range of bearing types and pulley configurations that you can choose from. My turbine a (DIY) do-it- yourself project for the home wind generator enthusiast.
