This listing is for a Digital PDF Sewing Pattern. This is not a physical handbag. This ample size bag measures in at 10-1/2” tall, 9-1/2” wide at the top, approximately 13-1/2” wide at the bottom and 5” deep. The concealed carry pocket is discreet and is both right and left hand accessible. Don’t carry a gun? No worries! This padded pocket can be used to store any of your valuables safely and securely. For the embroidery lovers out there, there is ample space to put a monogram or specialty design on both sides of the handbag. You’ll find 2 lined pockets on the exterior (along with the concealed carry pocket) and inside there is a convenient zipper pocket and a dual slip pocket. A recessed external zipper keeps everything safe and sound. Miss Kitty has handbag handles AND an adjustable (detachable) strap, should you wish to be hands-free. I designed this hands-free, lightweight purse to carry only my essentials to the county fair and quilt shows. At the time there were no simIple patterns on the market to fit my needs. I highly recommend you read through the pattern instructions before you begin. It will help with understanding the construction process. MULTIPLE POCKETS allow for organization9f o and easy access. • Center in and out pocket allows easy access to your cell phone; with the additional security of the button tab for when your phone is not in use. • Pleated back pocket gives additional room for bulky items like keys or sunglasses. • Secure zipper pouch holds your id and credit cards. • Behind the zipper pouch is an additional pocket to hold business cards or store perk cards. This is a squiffy sling bag pattern, made by Sewing Patterns by Mrs H. This pattern is new and unopened. The Squiffy Sling pattern can be made in two sizes. The smaller version is a petite 8in x 9in x 3in (20cm x 23cm x 8cm) and makes a perfect purse for shopping or days out. If you like to carry a little more in your everyday bag, the larger version is 10in x 11in x 4in (25cm x 28cm x 10cm). Bag Features The Squiffy Sling is a great beginner sew. With fun asymmetrical styling but just one pattern piece for outer and lining, it’s a quickie! This is a great pattern for showing off your interesting fabrics. Use a solid fabric in a bold colour to contrast with your faux leather base overlay, or use a fun design to really make the shape of the bag pop. The pattern includes instructions on using a half moon magnetic snap, creating a fully lined cross body strap and adding both zip and slip pockets. There’s also placement markings for using a different fastener on the pattern piece. The pattern booklet is printed on 150gsm silk paper with full colour photos throughout and comes with a 70gsm copy weight paper full size pattern sheet with no need for taping or tracing.
