The two-layer scarf is made of soft, thin, and breathable woven rayon (viscose) fabric with soft knitwear on the forehead. The scarf will surround your head tightly because the back of the scarf has both an elastic that makes up the volume, as well as two fabric cords that can be tied. The elastic is located in the elastic casing. Such a scarf will completely hide the absence of hair. This scarf can be worn both in summer and early autumn or in late spring. SIZE – Scarf sewing pattern includes 4 sizes: XL size fits: 24 3/4 – 25 1/2 inches (63 – 65 cm) woman head circumference L size fits: 23 1/2 – 24 1/2 inches (60 – 62 cm) woman head circumference M size fits: 22 1/2 – 23 1/4 inches (57 – 59 cm) woman head circumference S size fits: 21 1/4 – 22 inches (54 – 56 cm) woman head circumference How to measure the head circumference. Place the string or tape measure around your head about 1/4 inches (0,5 cm) above your ears, completely circling your head. MATERIAL – * Soft woven rayon (viscose) fabric for headscarf. If the rayon fabric is 39 inches (1 meter) wide, then you need to buy 2 1/2 yards (2,5 meters) of that fabric. This amount of fabric fits all scarf sizes. * Stretch jersey fabric for band. If the jersey fabric is 39 inches (1 meter) wide, then you need to buy 1/4 yard (25 cm) of that fabric. This amount of fabric fits all band sizes. * You will need a regular elastic that is 3/8 inches (0,8 cm) wide and 8 inches (20 cm) long for the S size headscarf. Size M will need 9 inches (23 cm) long, L size 10 inches (25,5 cm) long, and XL size 11 inches (28 cm) long. MEASUREMENTS – Tutorial and sewing patterns – all measurements are given in inches (in) and centimeters (cm). PRINT – All sewing patterns have seam allowances.
