The Brighten Blanket was designed to be a simple, natural and timeless blanket. Included are instructions for both a baby blanket size and the throw size. It is easy to make because it is made up of basic knit and purl stitches, yet the different sections keep it interesting. The baby blanket size is knit with worsted weight (10 ply) yarn and size 8 needles. The throw size is knit with super bulky yarn and size 13 needles. The finished size of the baby blanket is approximately 29 by 35 inches. The finished size of the throw is approximately 48 by 65 inches. * If you have already purchased the old baby blanket version please contact me and I will email you the updated version with both sizes.
