Enjoy this Crochet Cross Pattern! It can used as bookmark or as a nice gift! I used a #10 thread yarn and 1.50 mm hook to make this pretty delicate cross. If you tell others about my work, please only link back to my blog, but don’t copy my patterns to your site. Also you can sell anything you make from my patterns, but don’t sell the free pattern. Abbreviations: sc=single crochet dc=double crochet sl st=slip stitch ch=chain Materials: #10 Thread yarn, 1.50 mm hook How to Crochet a Cross Video: Row 1: Ch 8, sl st in first chain to form a ring. Ch 3 (counts as a dc), (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in the ring, dc, Turn Rows 2-14: *Ch 3 (Counts as a dc), (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc in the ch 2 space) Shell made in the previous ch 2 from row 1. dc in the top of the Ch 3, Turn, *Repeat Row 2, for a total of 14 Shells. Fasten off after row 14. The Arms of the Cross: Make 2 Arms Row 1: Sl st into the side of the row 6, sl st on top of the dc, Ch 3 (Counts as a dc) work 3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc in the chain 3 space, dc in the ch 3, (Shell Made) Turn Rows 2-4: *Ch 3 on top of the dc, work 3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc in the chain 3 space, dc in the ch 3, Turn, Shell Made, Repeat Row 2, two more times. For a total of 4 shells for the arms. Repeat Rows 1-4 on the opposite side for the other arm. Edge: Sl st in the beginning chain 8, In the Chain 8, work 2 sc, ch 2, 2 sc in each chain 2 and chain 3 spaces, and sc in each dc around, sl st. Fasten off and Weave in the ends. Tassel: Wrap the thread yarn around your hand 25 times and cut the yarn and insert into the beginning ring of the cross, tie a knot around the tassel and fasten off. Follow Me

On Rnd 3, you will work into the eyelet spaces by inserting your hook between the ch-4 and the dc of each sp.
