WAIST- Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the ribbon to surround your waist (as if it were a belt) at your natural waist, which is above your belly button and below the rib cage. CADERAS – Measure the circumference of your hips. Start on one hip and wrap the tape measure around your ass, around the other hip and back to the starting point.
