Feena Brooks is a London based surface pattern designer who originally trained in Fine Art and has 16 years experience as an artist/designer/illustrator. Over the last year Feena has been focusing on designing patterns and building her surface pattern design portfolio. She completed Module 1\u00262 of the ABSPD courses, and won a place on their Ultimate Portfolio builder course through their typography competition. Feena is currently taking Module 3. Eight of her patterns completed on the Ultimate Portfolio Builder course were licensed by Cardmaking and Papercraft Magazine and feature in the current issue (snapshot at bottom of post). Feena’s work is inspired by childhood memories, travels as a young girl, and wonderful, quirky England. Her designs are colourful and whimsical and appeal to both adults and children.
