This beautifully textured blanket is sure to become a nursery favourite. The combination of increases and decreases (on every row) make it a good project for a more experience knitter. It’s worked all in one piece, so there’s no sewing involved, and the pattern will create a deep wave at the cast on edge and a more subtle wave at the cast off. The unisex design is perfect for a baby shower gift. Instructions for three different sizes: 55 x 65 cm, 70 x 80 cm and 85 x 95 cm. You will need: 400, 500 or 600g of chunky yarn (I used Sirdar Hayfield Bonus Chunky; if you use a different yarn please check the yardage and tension) 6mm needles – a circular for the larger sizes a tapestry needle to weave in the loose ends when you join a new ball of yarn.
