1967 Crochet Hair Bun or Chignon Cover Pattern, Digital Crochet Pattern – This vintage crochet bun or chignon cover pattern makes really effortless way to dress up your hair. This is a really quick pattern, it took me just an evening in front of the TV, and I’ve adapted the original to include elastic in the edge to make putting it on really easy. I love how versatile these covers are; you can simply pop one over your bun, or if you have a bow topped barrette you can clip one to the top of a ponytail and then just stuff your ponytail in to it. Super fast and yet such a pretty look. The pattern uses a 2.75mm crochet hook and size 10 crochet cotton.
